Thai Boxing

Qigong
What does Qigong mean?
Qigong is the oldest Chinese gymnastics aimed at controlling human inner energy, formed in system for supporting health and achieving longevity.
The mechanism of controlling energy
On changing the body position according to breathing, energy concentrates in the necessary part of the body to break energy stagnation and to restore inadequate organism's function in this area.
The results and benefit of trainings
Under regular Qigong trainings the organism strengthens, the mobility of joints and muscle flexibility increase, tendons strengthen. Stamina increases and the body weight is regulated. As a result, the organism rejuvenates, aging slows down. On training regularly the result can be fixed for many years.
Qigong and sport
Qigong's exercises help to overcome "stagnation" phenomenon - when a sportsman achieves certain progress and he isn't able to achieve further results even by increasing physical activity during trainings. Mastering Qigong this can be overcome and a required result can be achieved as soon as possible.

Yuddha-Yoga
One section of the Teaching, which is practiced by the old Laos School Kung-Fu Sha-Fut-Fan's adherents, is called Yuddha-Yoga (the Yoga of the Battle).
What does Yuddha-Yoga mean?
The old Laos system of Higher Kung-Fu Yoga includes a lot of various systems of human body's and spirit's training. This is a system of subtle energies and objective reality's spaces. This is Yoga of heightened reliability and universality, because it is checked by martial practices and not by theories which are from real life. This isn't Yoga of hermits' caves, it is of our time being - it's very old and also always young, because it's necessary for people at all times. The method of mastering Yuddha-Yoga consists of five main parts:
